I went in for a consultation about removal, but they did not recommend removal and instead recommended revision surgery. They recommended using autologous dermis for the nasal tip show-through. My original nose was low and my features were small too, but they showed me photos of a more glamorous nose style. I said I wanted something natural because it felt too high, but they said this would not look high in real life either. The director is a bit stubborn.
