*I'm taking the photos down Thick skin + short columella + revision surgery bulbous nose case
I had revision surgery about 2 months ago, hoping it would be my last surgery.
I desperately needed an effect from the front more than the side, so I debated and worried a lot, And at the current point, almost 2 months later, I'm very satisfied! Even though there's still some swelling at the nasal tip,
my columella has definitely come down, and the asymmetry + bulbous-nose feel improved very, very much.
The lighting is different, but you can see it changed dramatically, right?^^
For the nasal tip, reused the ear cartilage used previously + donated costal cartilage & replaced the silicone implant on the nasal bridge (thickness is almost similar, only the starting point of the bridge is a bit higher), alar lift, nostril reduction
