I went for a consultation for nose surgery, and the director realistically told me which parts could be improved. They explained which areas could be improved and to what extent, and that it was because of certain conditions, in a way I could understand. They also warned me about procedures I should not do, and I was surprised because they were the only one to point out something that the directors at other clinics did not catch. It was disappointing that when the consultation manager could not answer questions right away, irritation showed on their face.
