I went in for a consultation about nose surgery, and the director realistically explained which parts could be improved. They explained which parts could be improved by how much, and why, in a way that made sense based on the conditions involved. They also warned me about procedures that should not be done, and I was surprised that they were the only one to point out something other clinic directors had not caught. The consultation manager, though, looked annoyed on her face if she could not answer my questions right away, which was disappointing.
