I couldn’t give up the fact that there’s no risk of capsular contracture and the advantage of the extremely natural feel of autologous fat, so I tried to overcome the disappointing size with repeated fat grafting. That’s how I ended up doing it 3 times lol. It cost almost 10 million won too... whew~
But the fat-grafting doctor was the type to prioritize safety over size (of course, that’s why I kept going to this doctor haha), and they said they injected 180 cc in the 1st round > 200 cc in the 2nd round > 200 cc in the 3rd round. According to the doctor’s chart haha So in total, about 580 cc was injected... But since I had the last, 3rd round in 2018, by February 2021 the amount of fat left was only about 230 cc ㅠㅠ (cup volume measured at the hospital where I decided to get implants) Everything was grafted with PRP, and even though they used thigh fat and belly fat, which are supposed to engraft well, it still turned out like this... The feel was veeeeery natural, though. Since my rib cage is 74, 230 cc felt like about a full A cup haha.... When I consulted the fat-grafting doctor, they told me to graft one more time or get breast filler, and I just completely lost interest.... ha
So since people say implants these days are good and doctors’ techniques have improved too, I decided to just go ahead with implants.
At a hospital that advertises that being pretty is everything, I got Mentor Smooth High Profile implants, 300 cc each, through the transaxillary approach. On the first day, it hurt only as much as I expected, and it was fascinating that my nipple sensation was fully alive lol I took the subway and bus and got home safely.
On the second day, it only hurt when I got up in the morning and was okay otherwise, but my breasts were more swollen than the first day, so my nipple sensation became a little dull. I had this feeling like the transaxillary scar had burst open, so I went in, but it was totally fine and I was embarrassed (I’m dramatic lol)
Today, the third day, I only cursed a bit when I got up in the morning haha The swelling is similar to the second day. But now I’m a little scared I might develop capsular contracture ㅠ I hope it doesn’t happen to me...!
