I had abdominal liposuction last year at an inexpensive place near Gangnam Station, just a little on the front(?)... Since I didn’t gain weight even when I ate, I ate whatever I wanted, and then I gained a lot on my back and here and there... So it’s been a little over a month since I had 360-degree liposuction at a well-known place. It seemed like they operate very aggressively. Especially when I looked at people who had arm surgery, they made their arms bone-thin... Right after surgery, I pinched the area too, and they had left only the skin, so I was extremely satisfied...
But the problem is the scar tissue... The fibrosis wrapped around my abdomen like stone, and now it’s severely lumpy and uneven... Most post-surgery hardness gets brushed off as fibrosis... but because this is revision surgery, I can tell that’s not it... (Beyond blocked lymphatics, it’s permanent fibrosis, meaning scar tissue ㅜㅜ) It’s true that it softens over time, but the lumpiness and unevenness... there’s a limit, and it’s already like this, so I’m worried ㅜㅜ Personally, I think lumpy scar tissue is basically 100% inevitable if too much fat is removed, even with aftercare... It needs a remaining superficial layer to feel smooth... but because they suctioned everything out completely, some areas are adhered and some areas protrude ㅜㅜ Even getting radiofrequency treatments a hundred times isn’t helping... I heard there’s something called adhesion injections... (though it’s probably just steroids or hyaluronidase anyway;;) so I’m going to look into it.
