Around 2014, I had fat grafting to my forehead and cheeks. I did it in two rounds. My face tends to swell easily, so there was a lot of swelling, and because I had put in only a little during the first round, the fat ended up diminishing, so in the second round I asked them to put in as much as possible. Usually, it seems like you need to go through a second round for the survival rate to be high. It has been about 7 years, and my forehead is still full. I think the graft took well. I hear a lot that my forehead is pretty. The design is a little, um, average I think.
