The clinic was very clean and smelled nice, so I felt good when I first walked in. Unlike other clinics, the consultation with the director happened first, and I liked that they clearly told me what was possible and what wasn't. The consultant was socially polite..? I didn't feel they were kind. With the event applied, it was a negotiated price without same-day discounts or anything like that. The consultation was good, but nothing really drew me in, so I didn't make a reservation
