The hospital was so clean and smelled nice, so I felt good as soon as I walked in. Unlike other hospitals, the consultation with the director was done first, and I liked that they clearly told me what could and could not be done. The manager was socially polite..? I didn’t really feel she was kind. The event discount was applied, but there was no same-day discount or any haggling. The consultation was good, but nothing really drew me in, so I didn’t make a reservation
