It's been two months since the surgery... First of all, this is absolutely not a surgery you can take lightly. I really, really recommend thinking it through carefully before doing it.. I didn't have a lot of face fat, but it had sagged a little.. I was going to just get liposuction (egg-type liposuction), but I was recommended an all-in-one approach, so although it was expensive, I decided to go ahead with the surgery. For about a week after the operation, my face was so swollen and hurt from the numbness that I had trouble sleeping..
