It was manager of the consultation room -> director -> manager of the consultation room. The manager was extremely kind, spoke very well, and was pretty too haha But in the end, the director's consultation was just so-so. They strongly recommended silicone. I do not like silicone, so I did not go ahead for now... I did not feel much expertise.
