Hello, I’m a man in my 20s who had nose surgery… Without knowing anything, I had rhinoplasty recklessly, with no information about noses at all, thinking that if I just fixed my nose, I would look better. First of all, my nose had donated costal cartilage, osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, crooked nose correction, hump shaving, and 3 mm silicone inserted. After the surgery, my nose does not suit my overall image at all, so I feel extremely upset and distressed… Also, it feels like the nasal tip has been pulled too far forward, so I look like Pinocchio… My natural nose originally had a bit of a bridge, and it was a bulbous nose. Because of that, I want complete removal, but I’m so worried that after complete removal, my nose may turn out worse than my natural nose… What should I do ㅠㅠ The reason I’m writing this is because I want to receive some comfort, and since I never want to have nose surgery again, if I do anything this time, I want complete removal. Would it really be okay to do that…?
