This was a place where the consultation time was quite long, so it left an impression right away. The director’s consultation in particular was very long, and the explanations were really detailed, line by line, and I liked how kindly they answered whatever I asked. The desk staff felt a little scary, so I was nervous when I went in, but once I actually had the consultation it seemed fine. More than anything, they seemed really good at catching the line, so I wasn’t worried about that part.
