Last Saturday, when I tried to book a consultation and surgery, all the times were already full, so thinking I should quickly get it done before the college entrance exam ended, I booked for around lunchtime today and got it done.
I’ve had a lot of different procedures, and 3 weeks ago I had nasolabial fold filler, and 2 weeks ago I had thread lifting under local anesthesia, so this time too I confidently thought I should do it under local anesthesia, but after the consultation, I smoothly had it done under sedation.
The desk staff and Director ㄱㄷㅎ were all kind, and especially the operating room nurse was so deer-like kind..
Because I had sedation anesthesia, it didn’t hurt at all during surgery, but as expected, after waking up from sedation anesthesia, the nausea felt like I might throw upㅜㅜ
Still, within an hour I felt okay, so I ate, took medicine, did cold compresses, applied eye ointment and eye drops, and did the aftercare.
There is almost no swelling, and the shape itself seems to have turned out naturally with almost no asymmetry, so I’m satisfied.
But on the right side, from the posterior canthoplasty? or a small opening, it feels like blood is seeping little by little.. It had hardened in a round shape, so I was shocked and applied eye ointment.. Other than only the right side being blurry and hard to see, it feels like everything is going smoothly without problems.
Since last night, because it was my first surgery? I was scared and couldn’t sleep properly, and I wondered hundreds of times whether it was the right decision. Since I suddenly booked it impulsively, I also regretted it, but time really passed quickly.
After surgery, I realized for the first time that the sclera exposed toward the posterior and lower sides is this white.. My sclera had been safely protected without getting stained all this timeㅋㅋㅋㅋ
