Before and after It has now been 3 months since I had alar reduction and columellar graft surgery. I’m quite satisfied with the result. The advantage is that it turned out so natural that people can hardly tell! But people tell me I lost weight and that I look more refined! They say they don’t know exactly what changed~~ I’m very satisfied with this surgery because it looks natural! I’ll send before-and-after photos!
