Bottom line first: Unless your teeth are truly so bad that you hate looking at them to death, don’t do it It was really hard. I kept feeling upset, wondering when it would finally come off, my self-esteem dropped, and they said it would take 2 years to 2 and a half years, but it took 3 years.. I was really depressed. But after it came off, it does feel refreshing. Time really did pass somehow. Fighting, orthodontic folks!!
