First of all, I liked that the consultation with the director came first. It felt like I heard the professional explanation first, and then the consultant just explained the cost and other incidental things? I liked that it was clear, and I think it would be better to study up beforehand before getting the consultation. Also, the director spoke very calmly and seemed to really listen to my needs, so I think that reassured me. After having a consultation at another hospital with a doctor I couldn’t communicate with, I couldn’t feel confident no matter how good the reviews were or how famous the place wasㅠ Anyway, I don’t know if I’ll end up having surgery, but if I do, I’ll leave a review! The hospital has a very quiet and calm atmosphere.
