I had it done back when it was still the Konofi era about 6 years ago, and they shaped it to match my needs as naturally as possible by refining the hump nose bridge. I do not remember the details very well because it was so long ago, but the shape turned out well. I also had septal deviation surgery covered by insurance at the same time, but that has recurred and seems to have worsened as I got older Still, the shape turned out so well that I absolutely do not touch it.. I may want to have rhinitis surgery separately someday, but I do not have any plans yet.
