I had surgery on Friday, went to the hospital Saturday morning to get the dressing changed, had the blood that had pooled inside my nose drained, got an antibiotic injection, and came back. Some people said it hurt when the blood was drained, so I was really worried, but it didn’t hurt.^^;;;; They told me to keep my head elevated when sleeping, so I did that, did cold compresses diligently, drank pumpkin juice, took my medication over the weekend, rested comfortably, and visited the hospital again today, Monday. They said I was recovering faster than expected, so I felt good. Other people in this community told me to do cold compresses diligently, and after doing them properly, it feels like the swelling and bruising are decreasing from morning to evening. Right now the area between my eyebrows looks like Avatar, and my eyelids have gone from purple to blue, and the bruising has moved down a lot toward my cheekbones. My nose is an ugly nose. Even more because of the swelling... My inflammation was severe, so it took more time and it was a difficult surgery...ㅜㅜ
The nearly... 10 days when I was searching and only looking things up before implant removal feel like hell when I think about them now. I couldn’t sleep or eat... It felt like a stone was crushing my chest. Now that I’ve had it removed... I feel so relieved. I’m hoping I recover well and that the inflammation doesn’t recur.
