I had nose revision surgery around January 2021, and with long, large cotton packing shoved inside my nose, for one week I had to breathe through my mouth and my mouth got completely dry. It was hell. Since suffering comes with trying to become prettier, I put up with and accepted that much. The problem is that even one month after the revision surgery, I had the feeling that my nasal tip was tilted to one side, so I went back after a month, but they said it could be swelling so wait and see, and since I was there, let's take photos, this nonsense. Even in year 4, my nasal tip is still tilted to one side. My personal thought is that the capsule inside the nasal tip seems to be shifted to one side. Three months after surgery, once all the swelling went down, the silicone implant on the nasal bridge was visible. Since I, the writer, have thin skin, I just accepted it and endured it until now, but currently, under the nasal tip, it feels like pressing a keyboard switch. Even if I press it only slightly, there is this awful clicking sensation. There are defects. Every time I pick dried mucus inside my nose with a cotton swab, bleeding is basic. The nostrils inside my nose have also gotten smaller, so breathing through my nose is a bit difficult. It is not to the point of dying, but there are multiple defects. As time passed, the nasal tip completely collapsed downward.
