Leaving a review of my consultations for non-implant hump nose / drooping-tip nose surgery
I asked for the most natural direction possible, and I still haven’t chosen a hospital, so please keep that in mind.
1. Raㄹ I remember the director being very calm and kind. He said the hump should be shaved down, the nasal tip lifted, and the dermis between the hump and the nasal tip should be filled. It was my first consultation, so I received it without knowing much and don’t remember the details well.
2. ㅂㄹ Nose The only place that said we should raise the glabella area too. They said the hump would need osteotomy and that functional surgery related to rhinitis should be done together. They showed before-and-after photos with Photoshop. I got the impression that the director clearly had a style he pursues.
3. ㄷreum I think this had the longest consultation time. The director explained things in great detail during the consultation. He said it would be fine to leave the hump as is and only lift the nasal tip. Because my columella is short, the nasal tip can’t be lifted much anyway, so there’s no particular need to fill between the hump and nasal tip. Among the hospitals I consulted, I think this one guided me toward the simplest surgical process.
4. Yeㅈ Rather than suggesting a solution first, their style was to listen to what the patient wants and respond to that. They also said the hump should be shaved and the deviated part improved. The consultation time wasn’t long, and I remember this hospital having the most patients.
I’ll try to post part 2 soon
