First of all, the director is really good. He explains things in detail and is very kind, and since it hasn’t even been a month since surgery yet, I can’t know the final result, but based on my current condition, I think it went well. But during the consultation, the manager was so kind and nice, yet after surgery it was hard to even see the manager, and it was really uncomfortable to ask anything.. They didn’t even properly check my condition, and when I asked questions, they seemed annoyed. I’m disappointed because their attitude changed a lot compared with before surgery. And when I ask the person at the counter something, they keep sighing heavily, have a bad expression, and are very unfriendly;; I paid my own money for surgery, so I don’t know why I have to feel like I’m walking on eggshells. The aftercare is ruining their whole image. In all my experience with cosmetic surgery so far, this is the first time I’ve encountered a place with aftercare this poor and such a change in attitude before and after surgery, so I’m a bit flusteredㅜㅜ
