About 6 years ago I had a scar-removal surgery through fat grafting(?). The explanation was so brief that I thought it was a simple procedure, but I was surprised by how bad the bruising and swelling were. (I remember daily life being difficult for about a week, but the bruising and swelling were severe for about 3 weeks.) The scar was not completely gone and I only saw some improvement, so I thought the cost-performance was not good. They were kind during the consultation and surgery, but I was hurt by how coldly they answered aftercare questions and other follow-up questions.
