Severe eyelash poking after lower canthoplasty, so I had revision surgery

The first canthoplasty surgery was fine, right? But after I got greedy and had a second surgery, at some point my lower eyelashes started poking my eyeballs strangely. Before surgery, my lower lashes would curl inward and look clumped and uncomfortable, but after surgery the under-eye line became very neat and the lashes stretched straight downward, so my eyes actually look bigger and more refreshed haha My eyes used to water and get bloodshot all the time, and I could not even do my makeup properly because it would smear around my eyes, but now my eye health has improved and I can go around comfortably, so my quality of life is insane really... The last thing I really want to say is: do not casually get lower canthoplasty or cutie filler It may look pretty right in front of you, but as time passes, side effects will come somehow and you will suffer terribly... If you really, really want to do it, please do not get tempted by a factory-style clinic just because of discount events. Spend a little more and go to a specialty eye plastic surgery clinic that understands eye anatomy well!! Getting diagnosed and operated on by a proper specialist is the shortcut to saving money and avoiding suffering with your body! If I had known this 10 years ago, I definitely would not have gone to a factory-style clinic
