Eye Surgery Reviews

I got a buried stitch revision at [Clinic A]!

I wanted a recommendation directly from the director for my new line, and I was told that an in-out line or a fairly high semi-out line would suit my current eyes well.

I struggled a lot between the two before surgery, but since I wanted the line to be a bit clearer than before, I finally decided on semi-out haha. I had previously had incisional surgery, so I was worried I might need an incision again and felt a lot of pressure about revision surgery, but they said it was possible with buried stitches too, so I chose [Clinic A].

During the consultation, they didn’t just hear what I wanted and try to force it, but instead looked at what lines were actually possible with my current eye condition, which made it easier to decide.

They also recommended lower-eyelid fat repositioning, but I felt like that would still need more thought, so I decided to do only the buried-stitch revision. There was absolutely no pressure to do everything together, and I liked that I could choose only the procedure I wanted.

The coordinator also kindly explained anything I was curious about before and after surgery, so I was thankful! In the beginning, the line looked high and very clear because of swelling, but after a few days the puffy feeling gradually went down.

Especially after about a week, the semi-out look started to appear more naturally, which I really liked. You can clearly see that the double-eyelid line is much clearer than before surgery, so even though it’s still early, I’m already satisfied haha.

I’m looking forward to seeing how the line settles as the swelling continues to go down.
