Nose Surgery Reviews

Had revision surgery using autologous rib cartilage T_T

My nose was originally short and the tip was a bit blunt, so from the front it had quite a bulbous tip look... From the side, the hump was also slightly visible, so overall the nose line not being smooth was bothering me T_T This time, during the revision surgery, they used an implant and autologous rib cartilage to work on both the bridge and the tip together. They also designed it so the nose, which looked short, would appear a bit longer to match my facial proportions.. I also did a columella lowering because I did not like how much the columella seemed to sink inward, and since my alar base was a bit wide, they also did alar reduction together T_T At first, honestly, I was worried because there were so many surgical plans and so much to correct in my nose that maybe it was becoming too much... But after it was done, it did not feel like the nose was suddenly standing out too much, and the overall line became neat, so it was fine haha Especially from the front, I really like that the bulbous tip look was reduced, and from the side, the hump line became smooth. If I had done it halfway, I think I would have wanted revision again. Since I was going to do it again anyway, I feel relieved that I did it properly at a place that does a lot of nose revision surgeries T_T The swelling still needs more time to go down, but so far I am satisfied!
