This time I finally decided to get nose surgery at [Clinic A], using a custom implant, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and autologous costal cartilage as well.
The director really understood what I wanted, so I think it came out pretty much the way I had hoped, with kind of a Shin Se-kyung vibe lol. I wanted a straight-but-not-too-strong line, and it came out exactly like that, and the droopy-looking columella area was improved a lot.
Anyway, I’d seen a lot of people say that bad nose surgery leads to revision after revision, so before surgery I was honestly extremely worried But seeing the result, I finally understood why people say you should go to a place that’s good at noses.
Seriously, I’m so satisfied with this nose surgery lol.
