I used to worry a lot about a hump nose, crooked nose, drooping tip, and bulbous nose.. After thinking and thinking about it, I finally had nose surgery!! I wanted to avoid silicone as much as possible, so I consulted at about 4 places that were known for non-implant nose surgery, and in the end I had surgery with Dr. Park Jung-heum at [Clinic A]. During the consultation, I was told that if a non-implant surgery tried to shave the hump down too aggressively, the nose could look even lower than it does now! They carefully looked at everything one by one, including the natural line from the bridge to the tip, bulbous-nose correction, alar reduction, and the nose that bends to the right, so I trusted them. They also said the protruding-mouth look I was worried about would improve somewhat as the nose tip rose, but the surgery result is beyond satisfying.. T_T Using only cartilage without silicone eased my worries about side effects, and it came out as a soft straight line that looks just like my original nose, without any unnatural feeling..! The hump was corrected neatly without any step, and of course the slightly crooked nose to the right and the bulbous nose were fixed cleanly!! It was not overly high and fits my face perfectly, and since they considered the proportions of all my features when doing the surgery, I am super happy overall!!! I am curious what it will look like once the swelling goes down more.. T_T
