It was not like I had no breasts at all, but I always felt dissatisfied with the size. At the same time, I was not comfortable with making them too big either. What I wanted was for the area I lacked in upper volume to become a little fuller, and for my breasts to look naturally about one size larger overall!!! Even during the consultation, I said many times that I wanted a natural result matched to my body shape and existing breasts rather than excessive volume! I had surgery with my preferences reflected as much as possible, and after it was done, I felt like it came out exactly the way I wanted it to, so I am so relieved The upper part is not obviously overfilled either, so when I wear clothes it creates just enough subtle volume that shows through the silhouette, which I really like!!! I am still recovering, but so far I am satisfied with both the shape and size, so I feel like I made a good choice
