At first, I really didn’t know anythingㅜ I ended up getting my nose done as an add-on while having another area done! As for the nose itself, I didn’t like it because a hump that wasn’t there before surgery appeared, but luckily it suited my face well, and the surgical result was pretty natural, so I lived satisfied with it.
Then, about 2 years later, I had some free time and wanted to get rid of the hump a bit, so I went back to the same hospital and had revision surgery with a different doctor, and it was a total, total disaster.
They couldn’t even put the silicone implant in straight haha Asymmetry, and the nasal tip became like a clothespin nose lol They cut away the columella flat, as if sliced with a knife, like a Westerner’s (I know some people may like that, but I asked for it to look natural.) The nostril wings too, as you can see haha asymmetry hahǎ̈ hǎ̈ Just from the silicone + nostril wing asymmetry, the whole nose got so crooked it could point directions lolololol ha Even now, when I see them calling themselves nose specialists on their website, I can only laugh lol⫬lol⫬lol⫬lol⫬lol⫬
While waiting a year for revision surgery, I became depressed and developed social anxiety, so I couldn’t even get a job... Even now, when I look at photos from then, I feel so sorry for myself ㅠ My eyes and face were full of helplessness and depressionㅠ
If there were a moment in my life I could turn back time to, I’d want to go back to the day before the second surgery.
At that hospital, since the consultation manager saw that my botched result was so objectively obvious, they said they would remove it for free at their clinic, but how could I trust them and leave it to them again ㅠㅠ
In the end, I had two nose surgeries at one hospital (different doctors; first surgery was so-so / second surgery was ruined), and had complete removal at another hospital!
After removal, the doctor’s review was that the inside of my nose was really messy. They said it was extremely shoddy... They said a lot of people come from this hospitalㅠ Anyway, the inside of my nose had all collapsed, so it was reconstruction after reconstruction, and after it was over, there was even an extra charge.
On top of that lol, they told me they had put silicone in, but after removal, lolololol there was a different material inside lol I received it as evidence..
Anyway, now 2 years have passed, so all the swelling has gone down. Actually, when there was still swelling, I thought it had been perfectly restored, but after all the swelling went down, even though it was removed, the collapsed shape had not fully recoveredㅠㅠ Still, my social anxiety is completely gone, so I’m living well without thinking much about it.
Since it has been a long time since removal, I had forgotten the past and recently I was in a phase of being dissatisfied with my nose again.. But after seeing this pre-removal photo for the first time in a while to make this post, I suddenly think again that I really did well to remove it, and the surgery went wellㅠㅠ
All the photos are from before surgery, and now I’m just very natural-looking~
*Addition: I looked up the doctor who ruined me, and now they have moved from the hospital they were originally at (the hospital where I had surgery) and gone to another large hospital hahaha
