I signed up because they were having a Pico toning event, and over the phone they told me laser treatment would be possible one week after removing moles, so I went. But there were so many people, and the staff looked extremely overwhelmed,,, I’m fine with waiting, but the staff didn’t even know whether I had had a consultation or not.. They asked if I had finished all my consultation even though I hadn’t had one, so that was the first irritation.. I waited like that and had a consultation with the manager, and they said laser wasn’t possible because it hadn’t been long since I had my moles removed,, ha,, When I said I was told over the phone that it was possible, they said there’s no way I would have been informed that way,, If they had said over the phone that it wasn’t possible, I wouldn’t have gone. It feels like I only wasted my time
