They were running a Pico toning event, so I applied, and over the phone they told me I could get laser treatment one week after removing a mole. So I went, but there were tons of people and the staff all seemed extremely disorganized... Waiting was okay, but the staff did not know whether I had had a consultation or not. They asked me whether I had already finished the consultation even though I had not had one, so I was annoyed for the first time. I waited in that state, then consulted with the manager, and she told me I could not get the laser because the mole had been removed too recently. Sigh... When I said I had been told over the phone that it would be possible, they said there was no way that kind of 안내 could have been given. If they had told me over the phone that it was not possible, I would not have gone, so it feels like I just wasted my time
