Invisalign orthodontic review

This is my review of Invisalign orthodontic treatment. It was not for bite correction or protrusion correction, but for correcting upper and lower front crowding. The crowding was still pretty severe. I had been looking into regular braces, but the treatment period was more than 2 years and I worried it would be too hard because of sores inside my mouth, so I was 고민하며 considering it. After an Invisalign consultation, I decided on it because it was not very noticeable from the outside and, above all, the treatment period was said to be short, under 1 year. That said, I remember that around when I started treatment 2 years ago, the cost was about 1.0 to 1.5 million won more than regular braces. But for me, the advantages felt bigger than the cost, so I chose Invisalign. In the end, treatment took about 8 months, and my teeth were corrected neatly and beautifully. I was so satisfied that I even felt a little regret that I had not known about it sooner. There are definitely inconveniences during treatment. Since the appliance is worn on the teeth like a mouthpiece, it felt stuffy while I had it on, and there were times when it hurt when switching to a new set. Because a thick piece of plastic sits between the teeth, even when I removed the appliance during treatment, my molars did not feel like they fit together as well as before treatment. That feeling went away after the appliance was removed and some time passed. I had my orthodontic treatment at a large factory-style hospital. Because it was a factory-style place, there were days when the wait was long even if I went at my appointment time, and it was not easy just to get an appointment date. This kind of thing could be very stressful depending on the person. I tried to receive treatment on the dates the hospital could provide as much as possible, but if things got pushed back by 1 to 2 weeks, it felt like the orthodontic treatment was delayed, so I think it would be good to consider that when choosing a hospital. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with the treatment, and I recommended it to people around me; a friend had Invisalign at the same hospital and is also satisfied.
