It has been over 6 months since my nose surgery. I had a low nose, so I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage. Donated costal cartilage could have been used too, but because my nose was so low, the director said using autologous costal cartilage would probably be sturdier, so we proceeded that way. Since my nose was so low, even after surgery it looks really natural and no one knows I had it done... A more glamorous look was my idealㅠㅠ That part is disappointing, but I think they operated in a way that suited my face. The director has a lot of pride in his own surgeries... That was also part of why I had the surgery. The consultation manager started using semi-formal speech halfway through, which felt a bit off... The rest of the coordinators explained things well even on surgery day and were kind.
