It’s been over 6 months since my nose surgery. Because my nose was low, I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage. They said donor rib cartilage could also be used, but because my nose was so low, the director thought autologous rib cartilage would be stronger, so that’s how it was done. My nose was so low that even after surgery it looks really natural, and nobody knows I had it done... I was aiming for something glamorous, so that part is a pity, but I think it was done to suit my face. The director really radiates pride in their work... that was also one reason I went ahead with the surgery. The consultation manager used half-formal speech in the middle, so that was a bit off... The other coordinators also explained things well on the surgery day and were kind.
