First of all, the director gives enough consultation and is meticulous. For functional surgery, one side of my inferior turbinate had become slightly enlarged, but he said that if I was okay with it, I didn't necessarily have to do it, and he didn't strongly recommend it. Still, he mentioned it about twice. He pursues a natural line, so it matches the director's aesthetic, but he tends to prefer septal cartilage + ear cartilage a lot, and that's what bothers me the most. Costal cartilage is possible too, but even though it's a primary surgery, the price was enormous, so I was turned off when I heard the price. I'm getting surgery because of the nasal tip, but with septal cartilage, I feel like it might droop later, so I'm really torn about whether I should do it here. Also, there seemed to be about two or three consultants; the consultant who took the CT was kind, but the consultant assigned to me didn't seem that kind.
