2-3 years ago, I had fat extraction injections in my thighs over two sessions. Aside from the amount of fat removed and the difference in anesthesia, it was no different from liposuction surgery. Legs are cylindrical, so honestly it makes no sense to remove fat from only one spot. This procedure is worse than not doing anything, and because the incision is the same, it leaves marks too. I think it is basically either just have surgery or don't. Either work really hard at dieting and lose weight over several years, or get surgery and see a dramatic change.
