Before <middle-aged body before surgery> After <even pants that didn’t fit before now go on haha><flat stomach><I can wear tight one-piece dresses too><haha><my waistline curves in nicely too><flat like an idol girl-group stomach!!> Because my abdomen suddenly got bigger as I got older, whenever I wore workout clothes, I looked like a boxy middle-aged woman with two kids. I worked out hard too, but my abdomen just would not go down no matter what, so I escaped it with liposuction haha Now I have a flat stomach to the point where I can work out in crop tops, so the belly I was busy trying to hide can now be comfortably shown even in summer haha I did have liposuction, but I’m not going to neglect diet and exercise, and I plan to keep managing it consistently!! Whenever people around me say, "Your body is prettier than when you were in your prime," or "Your stomach looks like a girl-group member’s these days," I wonder why I hesitated over liposuction. I should have removed the fat that wouldn’t go away sooner.. Everyone, for fat that won’t come off with exercise, liposuction.. I recommend at least getting a consultation haha
