Before<Before>After<After>Anyone thinking about contouring cheekbone reduction surgery? lol My cheekbones really stuck out especially a lot, you know? Even when I tried to take photos so my cheekbones wouldn’t stand out as much, I was like, why do only my cheekbones look so especially protruding in photos.. lol When I see myself in photos other people took, seriously 200% self-loathing.. lolol Since the problem was bone, there really was no answer.. lol (Almost all my before photos were taken with apps, so this is a photo from my hospital follow-up..)
During the consultation for cheekbones, I asked whether it would be good to do square jaw surgery too, and I liked that they said it didn’t seem necessary, rather than saying I absolutely had to do it!! People who have actually had surgery know this, but until one week passes, time really doesn’t move, right? But from the 1-month mark, I really don’t know how time passed. I think I became that much more comfortable! I saw reviews saying that with facial contouring surgery, swelling and eating are really hard and that you swell a lot, but until the 1-month mark, my face had swelling like I’d gained facial fat, so I was really worried! But thankfully, from around 2 and a half months, it still went down sharply lol Eating also wasn’t uncomfortable after 1 month lol
Before surgery, my cheekbones gave me a harsh-looking image and made my facial line look rough, but now that the cheekbones have gone in, I think my facial line looks smoother lol Since I still prefer a gentle impression over a harsh-looking one, I’m satisfied because I think the surgery went well lol I talked about my desired image before surgery and decided, and I really think I made a good decision!!! lol
