Before-before<Before surgery>After-before<After surgery>My nose wasn't bad, but I disliked that the nasal bridge was low and it looked blunt, so I got nose surgery..ㅠ I wanted it to look natural from the front, and I wanted surgery so the nasal bridge would look smooth.
At the clinic, they said my septal cartilage seemed sufficient, and if it lacked strength they might mix in donated costal cartilage, but in most cases they thought they would use septal cartilage alone, so I decided to use that.
My nasal bridge was on the thick side, so because I wanted a slim nasal bridge, I chose osteotomy.
It's almost been two months now, and there is nothing that looks like a step-off on the nasal bridge, nothing that looks pinched, and no sunken-looking areas, so I'm satisfied! It came out clean, exactly how I wanted. 4 mm silicone was inserted, and after nasolabial angle correction, the columella was lowered a bit. When I occasionally read reviews, a lot of people seem curious about what surgery was done, so I wrote it down once haha.
Lastly, for aftercare, I separately purchased and used an anti-adhesion agent so the nasal tissues would not adhere to each other, as well as an inflammation-prevention spray, and I was told that the director used the anti-adhesion agent during surgery. The inflammation spray was applied by the treatment nurses? each time I visited.
Nose surgery.. I'll have to keep watching until the residual swelling goes down, but I feel like dimension has come back to my once-flat face, so I don't regret choosing the clinic haha.
