Hmm, the disappointing part was that it seemed like the director did not really think about what kind of head shape is beautiful. It was more like, 'Patients say they have severe head-shape complexes, so I fill the back of the head with bone cement that we also use in the forehead, and they are very happy. My own occiput is not that flat, so I’m not sure, but since the patients are happy, I’ll keep working hard on the surgeries.' So everything was good, but hmm, it felt like there was a lack of understanding of the beauty of head shape? I have observed so many cases that I have a very specific sense of what kind of head shape is beautiful...
