I really looked into everything carefully, checked what needed to be checked, and first of all focused on the surgeon when searching around. When I threw away the clinic business cards, I tossed a lot of themㅋㅋㅋ There were all kinds of clinics, and it was hot, during COVID too, really.. lol ha ㅠㅠ
Current condition: There is still a little facial bruising leftㅠ Still, on the day of surgery, after surgery, in the recovery room, my face suddenly swelled like crazy... I couldn’t open my eyesㅠ The staff member, consultant, and surgeon at the clinic were all shockedㅠ I had 3 IV bags and they checked my blood pressure every 30 minutes.. I finally escaped the clinic 9 hours after surgery.. I could barely open my eyes, ha.. anyway, they kept coming and going and took good care of me, so I was gratefulㅠ♡ It has already been a week, so I removed the splint. The surgeon said he raised the nasal tip as much as possible (used septal cartilage and donated rib cartilage; originally there was no mention of my own cartilage, but they said they used it). The nose I wanted was high within a range that would not cause complications, on the more glamorous side~ good frontal effect, not making the nose look long X, pinched nose X, etc. The surgeon also said he would raise the nasal tip as much as possible, make it slim, and do a straight-to-slightly-curved line. Anyway, he said he was confident he would make it look pretty!!! I’m satisfied too. But~ after I removed the splint the day before yesterday, as the swelling goes down, it’s a bit ㅠㅠ They said the osteotomy area will go down just a little more from the current shape and become slightly lower, but compared with the nasal tip, the bridge seems a bit low. What do you thinkㅠㅠ Around the center of the nostril wings, I can feel the contour of the implant inside, like the height does not match.. The clinic said it has not been long since surgery, so it might be cartilage swelling? or something; anyway they said that could happen. They told me to check next week when removing the inner stitches, but it is swelling, right?ㅎ.. Surgery >> 4 mm silicone, donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, bulbous nose correction, nasolabial angle, osteotomy, just a tiny bit of hump trimming, long nose? short nose? Anyway, that’s what I had doneㅠ
