My nose had basically no bridge at all and was just nostrils, so I went to a ton of consultations, scheduled the date right after the CSAT ended, and had surgery right away. The director consulted with me for over an hour, and I had surgery on the nasal bridge and nasal tip using donated costal cartilage and silicone. The line came out dramatic, but since my original nose had so little structure, it turned out natural and pretty, so I’m completely satisfied.
