Eye Surgery Reviews

[Clinic A] Review

I had surgery five years ago. You could call him my second father... I am leaving a review specifically because of that. After my first surgery in Busan using the buried-suture method, one eye loosened, so I decided to have revision surgery and visited several clinics for consultations. As soon as the doctor saw me, he asked whether my vision differed greatly between the two eyes. In fact, I had severe unequal eyes from childhood, and even after LASIK, I could not break the habit of seeing only with one eye, so my vision was still different between the two eyes. He said one eye had loosened because the strength used to open my eyes differed on both sides. He also said that because I opened my eyes using my forehead muscles, if I got double-eyelid surgery, I should practice opening them with my eyes. I really trusted him because he correctly identified why my eyelid had loosened before I had even been sitting for a minute (at other clinics, they only told me a method, a line, and a price in the hundreds of thousands of won T_T). The price was also very reasonable, under 2 million won despite being revision surgery. Although the doctor did not recommend it, during the consultation I felt that the distance between my inner corners was fairly wide, so I asked whether medial canthoplasty was possible. He said that if I wanted it, we should open it only a little, so I had medial canthoplasty as well!! In the end, I got the most glamorous in-out line that could be created for my eyes, but it turned out extremely natural... I did very well. Despite the line being high, I often hear that it looks natural and that people could not tell I had surgery. If you want a natural look, I highly recommend it. I was looking for reviews because I am currently considering nose surgery, and suddenly remembered where my eye surgeon was. The rating seems lower than expected, so I am leaving this review.
