It feels like they focus only on the nose? (That said, it’s not that they pursue only a pretty nose; they look for a nose that suits the face well, but they don’t mention the columella at all.) What was a bit different from other hospitals was that instead of using silicone, they said they combine ear + nasal + rib cartilage, knead them together, and use that. For filling a dorsal hump? They said they do it that way, but personally, doing the entire nose with cartilage makes me hesitant because of absorption, so I don’t think I’ll have surgery here. They seem to pursue a fancy-but-natural look, and they looked at the CT images in great detail, so I recommend getting a consultation!
