It feels like they focus only on the nose? (That does not mean they want only a pretty nose, but they are looking for a nose that suits the face, and they do not talk about the columella at all.) What made it different from other clinics was that instead of using silicone, they said they mix and shape ear cartilage + nasal cartilage + rib cartilage together and use that. They said they do it for filling in the dorsal hump, maybe? Personally, I am wary of doing the whole nose with cartilage because of absorption, so I do not think I will have surgery here. They seem to pursue a refined look, and they look at the CT scan in great detail, so I recommend getting a consultation!
