It’s been over 5 years since surgery, and for my first surgery I only had the nasal tip done without an implant. The bulbous nose correction was done well. As time goes by, it feels like it’s becoming a little more pointed, but since I had a bulbous nose, it’s not a big problem. The columella area feels a bit short, but after looking at other people’s reviews, it seems like that’s just me. I think the director’s skills are decent.
