It has been over 5 years since the surgery, and at the first surgery I had only the nasal tip done without an implant. The correction for the bulbous nose went well. Over time it has gradually felt a bit sharper, but since it started as a bulbous nose, there is no big problem. The columella area feels a little short, but from other people’s reviews it seems like that is only my case. I think the director’s skill is decent.
