The manager wearing white on the left as soon as you enter, the one who explains the philtrum pricing, is really not good. Her tone and manner were so rude, and instead of explaining things, it felt almost like she was shouting, like she was trying to pick a fight. Director kindness: 100 points Manager kindness: 3 points She didn't even give me a single business card. What is this person? I was about to sign the contract, but I didn't because of her. Everyone else, including the person answering the phone, was kind.
