As soon as they saw my eyes, without anything like palpation, they recommended full-incision double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + fat grafting. After that, they explained how the surgical method would be carried out. When I asked why I had to have surgery that way, they explained in detail while drawing a diagram. They weren't extremely friendly, but I felt their expertise was trustworthy, and they answered all of my many questions.
